This pattern symbolizes a mountain. We should stop when we should go on when must. Moving and stopping should match with time in order to achieve things.
A mountain never moves. Man must learn this stability like a mountain. We should not act hastily or push too hard. This principle is well adapted to Taekwondo. Through fast actions seem fine, we should know where and when to stop. The stance Beom Seogi (Cat Stance) is included because it is very stable, yet still allows us free movement.

  1. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, Cat Stance, Palm hand block (R).

  2. Snap Kick with the right, then step backwards, Cat Stance, Inward Block (L)

  3. Pivot on left foot turn to the right 180 degrees, Cat Stance, Palm hand Block (L)

  4. Snap Kick with the left, then step backwards, Cat Stance, Inward Block (R)

  5. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees, Back Stance, Low section knife hand guarding block (L)

  6. Move the right foot one step forward, Back Stance, Low section knife hand guarding block (R)

  7. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees, Cat Stance, Palm hand block (R) (L fist supports R elbow)

  8. Back fist front strike (R) (L fist still supports R elbow)

  9. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees, Cat Stance, Palm hand block (L) (R fist supports L elbow)

  10. Back fist front strike (L) (R fist still supports L elbow)

  11. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees, feet together, right fist under chin with left hand on top (3 seconds)

  12. Move the left foot one step forward, Long Stance, inner forearm block (L) and reverse low section block (R) then Reverse inner forearm block, (R) and low section Block (L)

  13. Move the right foot one step forward, Long Stance, inner forearm block (R) and Reverse low section block (L) then reverse inner forearm block (L) and low section block (R)

  14. Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 270 degrees, Long Stance, Twin outer forearm wedging block

  15. Reach forward to grab opponents head. Pull Head down onto rising knee (R) then step forward into Long Stance, Move the left foot behind the right X stance (L behind R) twin upset punch.

  16. Move the left foot backwards, Long Stance, Low section X Block

  17. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees, Long Stance, Twin outer forearm wedging block

  18. Reach forward to grab opponents head, Long Stance, Move the right foot behind the left X stance, (R behind L) Twin upset punch

  19. Move the right foot backwards, Long Stance, Low section X Block

  20. Pull head down onto rising knee (L) then step forward, Pivot on the right foot, turn to the left 90 degrees, Walking stance, back fist side strike (L) (Straight Arm)

  21. Inward Crescent Kick (R) into left palm, step forward. Sitting Stance, Mid section elbow strike (R elbow into L Palm)

  22. Move (L) foot a short distance forward into walking stance, back fist side strike (R) (straight arm)

  23. Inward Crescent kick (L) into right palm, step forward, Sitting stance, Mid section elbow strike (L elbow into R palm)

  24. L Hand outer knife hand block

  25. Step forward (R) lunge punch, Riding Stance

  26. Kiai (Shout)
