This pattern concerns actions applying the principles of RI. This symbol means fire and sun. What distinguishes man from the animals is that man knows how to use fire. Burning fire gives man light, warmth, enthusiasm and hope. The action therefore of Sam Chang accordingly should be performed with vitality and passion.

  1. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, moving into walking stance, Low section Block (L)

  2. Snap Kick with the right, stepping forward into Long stance, mid section double punch (R then L)

  3. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees, into walking stance, Low section block (R)

  4. Snap kick with the left, stepping forward into Long Stance, mid section double punch (L then R)

  5. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, moving into walking stance, Reverse inward Knife hand strike (R)

  6. Move the right foot one step forward, walking stance, Reverse inward Knife hand strike (L)

  7. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, Back Stance, Mid section knife hand Block (L)

  8. Move the left foot forward, into Long Stance, Mid section reverse Punch (R)

  9. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees, into back stance, Mid section knife hand Block (R)

  10. Move the right foot forward, into Long Stance, Mid section reverse Punch (L)

  11. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, walking Stance, Reverse inward Block (R)

  12. Move the right foot one step forward, walking stance, Reverse inward Block (L)

  13. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 270 degrees, moving into walking stance, Low Section block (L)

  14. Snap Kick with the right, stepping forward into Long stance, mid section double punch (R then L)

  15. Pivot on the left foot, turn to the right 180 degrees, walking stance, Low Section Block (R)

  16. Snap kick with the left, stepping forward into Long Stance, mid section double punch (L then R)

  17. Pivot on right foot turn to the left 90 degrees, moving into walking stance, Low Section block (L) then mid section reverse punch (R)

  18. Move the right foot one step forward, walking stance, Low Section block (R) then mid section reverse punch (L)

  19. Snap kick with the left, stepping forward into walking stance, Low Section block (L) then mid section reverse punch (R)

  20. Snap kick with the right stepping forward into walking stance, Low Section block (R) then mid section reverse punch (L)
